Superior Solutions by Design

Working with this company has been a total nightmare. We started our project at the beginning of September which involved remodeling a small kitchen, raising the ceiling in the basement, new windows, new sliding door, remodeling a bathroom, and paining the entire home. We gave this company access to our home for 20 days before moving in to get the work started-nothing was done. we are now two months later and still do not have anything finished-no functioning kitchen, no windows, no door, absolutely nothing complete. Tony is has lied to us at every turn, has told us he deliberately stalled the project over a parking pass (we are not responsible for parking)- and he is very unprofessional. If you want to live a nightmare hire this company-if not steer clear.

The crew was friendly, experienced and professional. They kept to the schedule, finishing as promised. Expertly done! I couldn’t be more pleased! I feel like I bought a new house instead of just remodeling the bathroom!! It made that much of a difference!
I e already recommended Superior Solutions to several coworkers and have discussed hiring them for my next job!
What a blessing to work with this company. Even the price was better than I expected! Again, I am so pleased and can’t wait for them to come back for the next job!!

This was just a single railing to help elders get up a few steps into their home, but the designer/installer made it look artistic and aesthetically pleasing to the eye and to passers by. The contractor made quick contact, explained how the project would be done, and the designer/installer did the job in a short amount of time, no waiting in a long cue for our turn in their production line. So our perception was that they were very organized and proficient in their set up and completion of the work.

They completed my kitchen and did an excellent job.

The company just finished my kitchen and it turned out great. The price and quality was very good as well. I look forward to working with them in the future.

This was my first experience and last with Superior Solutions by Design! They are NOT superior, in fact, far below superior! Everything in my rehab had to be redone at a monumental cost to myself with no care by them. My new electrician could not believe the house had not burned down, the hvac was vastly installed incorrectly, the plumbing, though it passed inspection, had to be redone, and my tile was installed improperly so we were lucky it did not fall off the bathroom walls, even the architect improperly handled the renderings!

This was by far the worst experience we have had with a rehab. The project, a complete home renovation, began in late October 2015, and was supposed to be completed by mid-January 2016. In late April 2016, after three months delay, lies about plumbing and electrical inspections, sub-par work, and a host of excuses, we terminated the contract and found another company to complete the renovations. The new contractor had to re-do much of the sub-par work of Superior Solutions by Design, Inc.

Please stay away from this company.
