SW&A had been responsive, until I refused to accept they they wouldn't honor their lifetime warranty. As soon as I let them know I wouldn't pay for repairs to a unit with a lifetime warranty, they have been unresponsive. The BBB closed my complaint as unresolved, and their summary says it best "The business responded to the dispute but failed to make a good faith effort to resolve it."
