There is not enough good stuff I can say about Shawn and his team.
He's blunt and down to earth. He's not going to try to give you a low bid, only to run it up once you sign.
He made sure all the damage was properly addressed and also addressed a couple of issues that we were aware of, but NONE of the other roofers even mentioned.
Everything was honest and up front. He takes pride in his work and made sure the work on my house was done to fit his standards...not industry minimums!
This is great considering it is monsoon season and there's so much roof work being done here, but Shawn didn't cut corners.
Also ~ I have to give a shout out to his crew. It was up to 117 degrees with high humidity (hotter on the roof), yet they were cheerful and professional. They made sure my property was in better shape when they left than before they got here.
My new roof makes my 1970s AZ tract home look 20 years newer.
I also just got a thumbs up from my insurance agent telling me what a pleasure it was to work with Shawn.
