    Initially, all seemed fine. Proposal was overall very fair and we intended to hire. We had asked a question/favor based on our needs in response to the proposal. No one bothered to respond, even with a no we don't do that. When asked about it, we were dismissed with a we weren't ready....again, no I'm sorry we just can't do that. I had expressed my disappointment with their lack of response at all which I found quite unprofessional and not a good way to start a relationship with a client. They bailed on the project immediately. Apparently, you cannot express that you aren't happy about something and have a professional conversation about it. They reacted by taking their toys and going home.
