Joe Isaac put vinyl plank flooring in my mud room and on my basement steps. He put metal trim on the stairs but not one screw it it to secure it so it’s a trip hazard. He also sprayed my fence but didn’t even move rocks out of the way so the bottom of my fence isn’t stained. I paid in full for this job and the viral isn’t sticking on my stairs. He has not given me a time or day to fix this mess and finish the job. I gave him $250 cash to pick up a used fireplace insert that I ended up not getting because he said there was a lot of rust on it. He only gave me $73 of my $250 back. I said to keep 50 of it for his time and gas but he’s refusing to return my money to me. Instead of trimming out my flooring with the same vinyl he caulked it and just left in a big blob without smoothing it out. No way to attach pictures or I would. I filed a complaint with BBB. He’s refusing to complete whatI paid for in full.

Supreme home improvement broke the contract. Took over $16,000 dollars of my mortgage money. Put a hole from the outside of my roof into my attic all the way through into my house. Put a piece of sheet rock over the hole inside my house. Left the fuse box wires open and hanging out down my walls. Put holes in my walls. Leveled my house and broke my bathtub into cause of it and charged me for the new bathtub when it was his fault. Roofed over my old roof shingles. Cut pieces of shingles to cover up places where the shingles didn't fit and my shingles are all falling off my roof. Smeared caulking all over my bathroom. Would not fix the cracks in my ceiling after he leveled my house. It was only him and one other man who did the work and he started this job back in 9-11-2018. And he wants more money from me and he wanted all the money up front so I gave him a $$8,000 check then he wanted $5,000 so I gave it to him then he wanted the rest and I gave that to him and I never saw him again. I called him and called him and he said he would be right out but he didn't keep his word and would not call me back. Last time I called him he got very rude and nasty with me and blamed me for what I don't know. I have all the text messages and all that pictures of what he said to me and what my house looks like and anyone can come out and look at it oh but there is so much more he has done to my house and shed and he said he would not be back and he broke the contract. I believe the IRS needs to investigate him. IAM sure they will probably and he could be going under a different name IAM NOT sure. But I would not recommend anyone hire him. He deceitfully took my money. I have to pay that mortgage back and it is as if I just gave him free money. What a dirty shame. He wouldn't give me any receipts for the materials I paid for. Terrible. DON'T HIRE HIM. I won my court case and now after all this time the courts are taking action to get the money back he owes me plus the horrible damage he has done to my house. He owes me $32,464.00 dollars. I have his records on the people and companies he did the same thing to. Finally, I will get my money. DON'T HIRE SUPREME HOME IMPROVEMENTS, OWNER JOE ISAAC.
