    Everything started out fine I will not bad mouth that people that work there they were all very nice and pleasant the only issue I had was with the salesman who just gave me information that was incorrect he originally told me that all monies given would come off the cost of the house this is not true. He also told me that unfinished areas would be insulated this is also not true he also told me that the underneath of the house would be insulated this is also not true I called him he said he would look into it took 2 days got back to me and said absolutely it's insulated again this is not true. So basically I've given them close to $30,000 and what I've got is a set of architectural diagrams that are worthless to me the price of the home went up $100,000 from when I agreed on the price in December when I asked for an itemized list on why it went up they would not supply it the price of lumber in December was actually higher than it is in April when they quoted me the increase. Thing about it is I unfortunately signed the contract trusting this company without having a lawyer look at it that will never happen again taking people in their word is a thing of the past people will tell you whatever you want to hear to get the sale also he told me that the price included in the house was delivering set the house this was also not true there's an extra charge for that
    I assumed modular homes were cheaper at this point this is not true they deliver a home that's 75% done because I had a cathedral ceiling this would not be insulated or sheetrocked nobody told me this till after the fact they told me that the loft would be insulated this is not true. Again having the price go up $100,000 just put it out of our budget so we basically have lost $30,000 to a company and got absolutely nothing before signing any contract with this company you need to read it carefully and have a lawyer look at it I am now in the process of having legal action taken against them basically I'd be happy with $12,000 returned. They knew of this price increase prior to me giving the last $12,000 but didn't reveal it to me until 4 Weeks later. Again basically I enjoyed working with them but I was completely misled

    I have been working with Supreme Modular for over a year now. My goal was to build my primary residence with no compromises. The sales team, in many ways, were more than accommodating for someone new to the home building process. Reflectively, the addressed my numerous questions and concerns, making me feel my time, savings, and future were in good hands. As with any complicated and substantial undertaking, there were a few missteps along the way. Looking back, and taking into account the unprecedented times of the past year, that seemed inevitable. For the sake of honesty and full disclosure, my business concluded with Supreme Modular before my home was built. The reason I am here is now is because the staff of Supreme Modular continued to remain in contact. I cannot say many other companies would take the honorable approach Supreme Modular did. They constantly checked in with me and focused on how they could resolve any issues I had. Well, issues resolved! We were able to come to a satisfactory agreement that would not have been possible without their dedication to their customer's positive experience. With that in mind, I fully recommend Supreme Modular.

    GREAT COMPANY!!!
    We are adamant about sharing our experience because the other reviewer is simply lying and the people that helped us at Supreme Modular dont deserve those lies. They are great! They delivered exactly as promised. There were no extra fees. Everything was exactly as it is stated in writing in our draw payment schedule. All of this is in writing and its followed to the letter. They are very honest. They fulfilled all the promises for us and to expand upon what the person that wrote in the negative review the $15,000 down payment is part of the modular project which consisted of all the time we spent initially with them, all the time we spent with the designer, all the time we spent modifying and customizing our modular, the architects plans, the construction of the modular, reviewing our job site before delivery, delivery of the modular, the crane, the work crews for delivery etc, and placing of the modular on the foundation, roofing it etc. It seems to me the other person simply changed his mind and is now telling a bunch of lies. There were some issues along the 1+ year it took to build and finisH our modular but we couldn’t be happier.

    I am very pleased with Supreme Modular. They saved us thousands of dollars vs the competition. We actually visited one builder that sells (or tries to sell) houses out of his garage! I mean who in their right mind would buy a product as important as a home from someone selling out of their garage. This company is well run as is evident in their model park setup. Total professionalism from the sales meetings to the delivery of the home. I couldn’t be happier. My brother in law visited their office over the weekend and is going to purchase a home from them also. His experience is the same as mine has been.
