We started out just fine with Cesar as our pool guy. He did just what we were paying for. After a few good months, Christian Rios, the owner, told us Cesar had gotten sick and was no longer able to work. (May or may not be true.) The next guy they sent over was a sloppy, lazy lunatic who pounded on our pool deck slider (not the front door) to give excuses as to why he couldn't do the work correctly! He did this twice, disturbing our lunch. Such bad manners! Christian made excuses for him. We pay for results, not excuses or undone work. The next guy they sent pumped the dirty water from our pool on to our landscaping and drained about 2000 gallons out of it: water that goes onto our bill! (Pool guys have begun doing this to avoid having to clean their portable filters. LAZY!) That was it: they are FIRED! It feels like they did not want our business. They got their wish.
