    Chimney Repair

    I called to schedule an estimate for chimney repair work. The receptionist said that the owner (Shannon) would contact me and stop by the next week. A few days later, Shannon called and scheduled a time midday Saturday to come do the estimate. An hour AFTER the scheduled time, Shannon called to say he wouldn’t be coming (I had to cancel personal plans because I was waiting for him to show up). He also said he would be in the area the next morning so he would stop by then. Shannon never showed the next day either. I left messages for Shannon and the receptionist but no one ever got back to me about rescheduling. At this point even if I hear from them I will not be giving this company any business. I have chosen to go with a company that prioritizes customer communication instead.
