Damage, to a greater amount than the original contract fee
Several dates rescheduled, with minimal work done, or no shows
And finally, no further communication. The contractor stopped returning calls/texts

My experience was the same as Andrea B's:
Incomplete work which was prepaid
Several dates rescheduled, with minimal work done, or no shows
And finally, no further communication. The contractor stopped returning calls/texts
David Locke seems like a nice and genuine guy in person but is a horrible business owner and basically single handedly ruined the experience of moving into our first home in a new city for my wife and I. His inability to properly schedule or communicate is truly pathetic. Do NOT work with this business or this man.
