Thieves…Manager Ryan Christiansen took our money and never fulfilled his obligations. When we reached out to owner via email, response was Manager has full authority to act on his behalf. Money was given in January and we still do not have our home ready to live in. No refund of our money and no responses from anyone. Beware people because these owners have other companies out there. Surface Select Construction stole over $11160 from me and spent over 100 days to complete a 40 day project and still did not complete the job. They were paid to complete a full remodel and stole funds paid to them to construction manager Steve Williams and they refused to refund the money paid in advance and owner Patrick Alter refused to help or reimburse. It was pure theft.

We paid Ryan Christensen almost $6k outside of financing to “expedite” our permits September 5, 2020 after we incurred a total loss house fire. He drew half the money for planning and development the first week of Dec. 2020. No permits. No work. Just excuse after excuse. It is rumored he was overbidding jobs and giving office managers of dealers he was working with a 10% kickback. I believe this as our new contractor came in almost half of what surface select construction did. They are scammers, cowards and thieves. They owe us roughly $40k. Our family of 8 have moved 8x and are still without a home. I hope they rot in hell.
