    Under one of his businesses, SES Builders, Eli Susan performed work for our HOA. He left our sloped roof mostly uncovered during a rainstorm. It was beyond negligent and it caused extensive water damage valued at $1 million dollars. He and his project manager cut corners. He has since filed for bankruptcy under that business so our association hasn't seen a cent. I don't even know how this person manages to keep working legally.

    We found SES Builders through BuildZoom. I had uploaded our project here to solicit bids. Big Mistake.
