    I had Sussel build my garage about 3-4 years ago. They did a terrible job and I have had water in my garage since day one. I told them about it but nothing was done. Now, this winter I am under water and ice in that damn garage. They obviously did not grade it properly. I will be getting ahold of the BBB and submitting a very bad review and I would not recommend them to anyone. Dennis the SOB who was the person who came first, did not even call and tell me I needed new dirt in one spot, he just came to the house and I was not home. I had to pay extra for new dirt that is just damn clay. I hate them.

    my garage was built by sussel the fall of 2008 it was a nightmare from the day they cleared the site to pour concrete for the garage there was an issue with their inferior sub contractors from day 1 there salesperson dennis was an arrogant s.o.b. i showed him the designs on how i wanted it built . i wanted plywood on the roof and sidewalls he tried to talk me out that saying chipboard would be fine and plywood was too expensive every item i wanted he tried talking me out it i should have kicked him to the curb, after every screwup by his sub contractors i finally told the owner i dont want dennis to step foot on my property anymore i had to babysit his workers thru the whole process city inspectors came out and had them immediately the issues they were creating now its 2017 9 years later and i have to pay to have my 6ft apron 28 ft wide replaced the major cracks in the garage floor have to be repaired all because they wouldnt bring in class V gravel to settle the swamp land underneath they assured me dirt and chunks of concrete would be stronger. I could never recommend this 3rd rate company to anyone greg in st paul
