The house looks great initially. But, we've had several problems with the house in our short 5 months and it's almost impossible to get them to correct them. One major problem was the house was not connected to the main sewer line in the alley. Our showers and bathrooms were shut down for days waiting for this to get fixed. We have electrical and water pressure problems that have yet to be fixed and most recently, shingles are being blown off the roof and there is a crack in the fireplace after 6 fires. I would not recommend the builder unless you are willing to do a lot of work yourself and are ok with buying a brand new house with serious problems. I wish I had known.
