Ben and his crew were exceptional. Obviously the work was great, but really the best part of working with Sviri Construction was the communication - a very rare quality to find with construction crews. Ben will make sure he over communicates the entire way so you'll never feel uncertain of what is happening, the price of work, nor the timeline. I found S.C. to help with a commercial restaurant/deli, but I will be using them for my future residential projects as well. 5 stars across the board!

Ben was recommended to us by a friend. Definitely a great recommendation! Ben’s strengths are openness, honesty, communication and great work! We expanded the scope a number of times as we were so pleased with the work. The project started with removal of popcorn ceiling and expanded to new tile floors and complete painting of the downstairs. Any issues were immediately handled and reworked without question. Great experience with Ben Sviri of Sviri Construction on a bathroom remodel in my 120-year old home. I had specific design ideas which were all accommodated. Ben and his team also suggested some additional ideas to improve the end result. I could not be happier. Communication during the process was great. I was working from home during the project and the team was flexible and respectful of my time. Site was cleaned daily and all workers were professional and did great work. Will use Sviri for other planned projects in the future.

We hired Sviri Construction to give our 1970s condo a makeover- a new kitchen, windows, sliders, updated electrical, new floors, and paint throughout. This was our first renovation experience and Ben and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with! There was a lot we didn’t know/expect about the process but Ben was highly communicative and kept us in the loop every step of the way— providing us with check-ins, updates, and photos almost daily which helped to put our minds at ease. He was always available to field our questions or talk us through any decisions that needed to be made. We also appreciated that he kept our budget in mind along the way, and worked with us to stay on track without cutting corners. The whole project was completed quickly with great attention to detail. You can tell that Ben and his team really take pride in their work- and most importantly Ben was honest, fair, and reliable. I have had a never ending 10 year problem with a leak in my upstairs bathroom that went down to the garage. I previously remodeled it twice with other contractors but the leak always came back. This was my 3rd try and I am happy to say it was very successful! I am so happy I found Sviri Construction and I highly recommend Ben.

He came in and found the exact matching tiles that I had previously and loved. He told me the plan, time frame and costs and everything went exactly to plan. He was in touch throughout and I can finally say this problem has been resolved. Him and his crew were so professional and kept the space clean throughout.
