Im very happy the way my walnut kitchen turned out. I was stressed out about the project then when I met with Steve and his team I felt reassured about moving forward with my dream. Steve's 25 years of experience is second to none. When asked to do our project he promptly came out to field measure and his watchful eye made changes to our previous plan. His insight made our custom home what it is today. This was our 3rd home build and the installation team at SW Custom cabinets was by far the best we have ever dealt with.

Terrible to say the least. All Steve wants is your money. Once he gets a check from you he will never answer your phone call and will never return your text. He told us 6-8 weeks to get our cabinets and we are still waiting after 5 months. We would never do business with this guy again. Terrible.......;

Our experience was very similar to Brittney’s ⬆️. The worst customer service and follow through. I’ve never been so frustrated with a project. Very quick to collect money before job is complete then Steve doesn’t respond to texts or when he does you can’t trust what he’s telling you. In over his head and should learn to be a better communicator. I would NOT recommend.

We used S&W cabinets for our bar cabinet and master bathroom vanities. They were really nice until they got our money. They make you pay in full up front before you even agree on plans and stain color. Our master bathroom was made backwards and we had to have them remake it. They never delivered the skirt for our bar or attached the skirt on the vanities. I would not recommend this company.

Steve and SW cabinets are terrible. The installation and paint job in my cabinets were horrendous. The paint had to be redone 3x and still isn’t right. I’ve been trying to get him to fix it for a year and half. He says he’ll make it right and then disappears for months.
