He worked on my home, and stole $30,000 from me. He took the money that I paid him for my granite counter tops and my windows. He billed me, and then put the money in his company’s account. The window company that installed the windows then put a lean on my house for lack of payment. So I the had to double pay for the windows or my house was going to get foreclosed on. He should be in jail. Scott Kaper - you should be ashamed. All out there - Please run from Scoot Kaper if he pitches you for business.
