    My wife and I wanted to remodel our 1960s house and had no ideas where to start.
    We got several estimates from different contractors but Arno made us feel confident and comfortable. He was not the cheapest but we are extremely happy we went with him. He noticed things that other contractors didn’t.
    He walked us through the process and gave us loads of ideas but was very open to what we wanted.
    He ended up giving us a beautiful home that we couldn’t even dream up.
    Our remodel consisted of a new kitchen, bathroom, all new floors, laundry room and some skylights.
    There were some problems that they ran into along the way being an old house but Arno and his team found solutions quickly. We are wanting to do our basement later this year and we will not hesitate to hire Swabey built again. We are also passing along contact information to any of our friends and family who want work done.

    Do NOT hire Arno Swabey! He tore out my kitchen and bathroom cabinets….and when the new cabinets did not fit, he told me “I never measured your kitchen…it’s your house!” His electrician and plumber did not exist, and I still needed faucet and light hookup after his 4-6 WEEK job sat for 4 MONTHS! He left a mess and debated everything. Run away!
