    Stucco Remediation

    STAY AWAY. This is not a legitimate company. "Keystone Exterior" is operated by Randall Swadlow. Randall Swadlow Contractor csi is a scammer, and is currently using the name Keystone Exterior to continue to steal from people. My husband and I hired who we thought was a legitimate company advertised on Home Advisor last year to have stucco remediation work done on our home. My husband and I are currently going through a nightmare with our stucco project, as it is not finished! Terrible, unfinished work, a failed inspection on the permit, and work that needs to be redone. We have been strung along, lied to, pressured into paying installments when the work wasn't completed, and was given unskilled workers (Rich Wilson) who didn't follow the engineer's report we obtained for the permit. We are out $33,000 and they left us with damages and work that needs to be redone. STAY AWAY!!!

    ****SCAMMERS****if I could rate 0 stars I would. this company is a scam be warned and run! I will start from the beginning. I spoke with Randy Swadlow who in my eyes now is the perfect used car Sales man who sold you a lemon knowing!!! He stated that he has been in business for 36 years and that he got into this field to help people like me out. He stated that he could remove the abestos tile in my home for $2000 and that it would be done within a day and all safety measures would be taken. the day of removal I received a phone call from Randy's so called crew and they would be at my home within 15 min.... well 1 hour later a black ford pick up truck backs up in my driveway and a man and a woman exit the truck stating that they are the abestos crew...?!?!???? Well that should have been my red flag but being the trusting idiot I am I called Randy and asked him what the hell was going on and he stated that I didn't tell him how big the job was which was a lie I told him from the very start that we needed the whole house done Except for the 2 bedrooms downstairs well $2000 turns out to be $3000 now and at this point in our situation we needed it done ASAP but even though I was willing to pay the $3000 the man and women "crew" said the job was just to big for them.... so sharon set up for contractors to arrive the next day first thing in the am to be there before 8am well I went and waited in my car for 2 1/2 hours until they showed up in the mean time I asked sharon to send me the License number of the contractors which she promised she would but never did. Well the crew shows up (3 very young boys) and I leave and they do the work BUT I can't enter the home for 3 days due to air test results so I had no idea what this So called crew did to my house. every wall had a hole in it and I mean big hammer holes all my trim was ripped off and broke in half my walls were never tapped up my floors were not sealed and encapsulated my hardwood floor in a separate bedroom that was off limits was destroyed and broken they also broke vinyl planking in a room that they were not to go in! i had tar on every wall my baseboards were broken and chipped and when I confronted them they were willing to fight right from the start! also they have 2 fake address's that were confirmed by the consumer protection agency.I also had a person by the name of Steve Cohen call and threaten me !!! please do not hire this company! They need to be shut down! they take from vulnerable people!

    Stucco issue repairs
    $35,000

    Do NOT use this contractor. I had hired Mr. Swadlow to repair stucco issues on my home prior to putting it up on the market. My realtor and I met with Mr. Swadlow"s sub contractor , Rich Wilson and went over the stucco inspection report from which they were to work off of. We were assured everything would be done and done properly. I paid mr. Swadlow $35,000 to have this work done. Once my house was sold the buyers asked to have the stucco re-inspected. I had no problem with that as I had just had the work done. The same inspector that did the inspection prior to the work being done was the one that came out to re-inspect. He couldn't believe what he saw and more importantly what he didn't see. The back of my house was never worked on it was only painted and the repairs they did do we're done so poorly that the stucco readings came back worse. I wound up having to pay another contractor $44,000 to redo the work that was done and to do the work that I had paid Mr Swadlow for that was never done. I
    reached out to Mr. Swadlow on many occasions for him to tell me to go ahead and sue him. The problem with that is that he already has 11 liens and judgements against him. I tried appealing to his better judgement to make restitution to me, but he turned a blind eye. He also had shut down the company that I had contracted with. He tends to shut down companies and reopen under another name . He is a scammer and does not stand behind his work.
