We just completed a home renovation with Swanson Renovations and could not be happier. From a consultative design process, to a detailed project plan, to professional project management, Swanson exceeded our expectations. Chad provided valuable design options and repriced our remodel a number of times as we considered different options. Carter, our PM, put our mind at ease by addressing all issues promptly and going "above and beyond" to make our experience a positive one. We recommend Swanson Renovations without reservation.

Master Bath Remodel - Our experience with Chad was amazing. He spent so much time up front with us, he really listened to what we wanted to see and made it happen. He was always so responsive and very detail oriented. Carter, our Project Manager was amazing as well. The project ran so smoothly and the quality of Carter’s work and his ability to manage the subs was perfect. Cannot say enough good things, highly recommend!

Absolutely would recommend him. He remodeled my master bath and it was gorgeous. He is very detail oriented and professional. Any remodel is messy but he took great care in prepping areas and it was kept to a minimum. The prepping makes all the difference. He has a wide variety of ideas and listens intently. He is very effective at communicating. The computer program he uses to see what it looks like before getting started is a game changer. Love his work!!

I owned two houses in Texas. One in Keller were Swanson Renovations, LLC did a complete gut and redo on the master bathroom down to the studs. They did an excellent job. Chad has the capability to do CAD CAM images to show you the plan and help you make decisions. The 2nd house in NRHs we did a complete added on to the garage from scratch; as well as, installing wood floor in the dry areas of the house. Chad is very meticulous, he has great contractors and they all work well together. They are reliable and on time. He is very thorough with the details and follow through. There were never any surprises as the end.

I have worked with Swanson for a couple of renovations for a house built in the 1960's. He was terrific to work with and went along with my choices and allowed me to have artistic input. He followed up on all the details and corrected the small errors of his talented sub-contractors. I would highly recommend his designers, tradesmen, and competence. The contracts he uses protect him, his trades and you.
