Pete Sweet came to our house to do testing for another Real Estate company that listed our house. He was to do septic inspection and well water testing. He never opened the lid on the septic tank to inspect, and over chlorinated our well for the water test which caused the internal water piping to turn the water mud red and contaminated our entire water system in the house. It took two days of flushing to clear the water color, and clogged our Renai tankless hot water heater and cost us $150 to have that flushed by a plumber to get that working again. He may be a reputable builder, but DO NOT use them for home inspection work. Rated at worse than terrible !
