After having homes built in several states, and being familiar with the process, this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. Communication was poor, but the biggest factor was that they used transient labor that took shortcuts to complete the project. Even with completions, the electrical, landscaping, and heating/AC problems were subpar, and required us to hire professionals to correct problems with the home. With one aspect, the HOA was involved and thank goodness that they withheld releasing funds until the contractor addressed some issues.
With the investment involved in building a home, save yourself the aggravation and go with a well established and reputable company suck as Salt Water Homes in Palm Coast. Avoid Seeetwater at all cost!

I absolutely agree with the prior review! While the house cosmetically looked good, we also had issues with the electrical system. Additionally, while sleeping, we heard water from the master bedroom ceiling, and to our surprise, water was coming through the roof onto the bathroom floor!!!! We got lucky because it was already dawn and my husband had just finished talking to a roofer that was doing. Job next, and he was kind enough, and able to come in and fix the problem. Thank God my husband kept his number and the gentleman was honest!!! Oh, I almost forgot that the shower door also imploded, and that was over a thousand out of our pockets!
So as stated above, stick to a reputable builder like Saltwater! Huge difference and standards! I wish we would have done more research, but the options of building within our community was restricted we believed that they were vetted.
