Do not trust Sweetwater Plumbing Industries, Inc. with your house!!! They do not back-up their work.
On June 30, 2021 I hired Sweetwater Plumbing to fix two toilets in my house. They charged me over $300 for each toilet to repair a water fill valve on one and a wax seal on the other. It seemed like it was a high price to pay for the work performed, but I paid them $645.
The toilet with the was seal replaced started leaking after three months. When I called Sweetwater Plumbing and explained the problem, they sent a technician out the next day.
When the technician arrived and looked at the toilet, he said that the technician that did the work in June is no longer employed with Sweetwater and that there is no warranty on the work that he did.
I did not hire a plumbing technician, I hired Sweetwater Plumbing. The company should back their work whether the same technician is still employed or not.
