ive had them out several times now for both our furnace and air conditioner, been very happy each time. the guys were very nice and honest with me, both times showed me exactly what was wrong before fixing, explained it to me very well and only charged me for exact amount of time it took them to repair. overall i was extremly happy, i havent had that same expierence before with some other service companies. pleasant change
