Hired to install a porch roof and repair/install new porch wood (due to leak). Swenson Home Solutions installed a rubber roof that caused drainage issues. Further wood issues occurred. Swenson Home Solutions refused to look into the issue after 2 years (although there was a 10-year warranty provided on the installation of the roof). Swenson Home Solutions refused to look at the issue and told me to get another contractor. Currently looking into litigation with the company.
