DO NOT use these people! Worst HVAC contractors in DFW. My house has been 85+ degrees during the day for the past two days. They come out to my house on an Emergency Call, because my son is Disabled and high heat situations can be very dangerous if not fatal for him.
They send out some kid who has no idea what he is doing, comes out and fiddles around in the attic for 3 hours then leaves without saying a word! Come to find out an hour after he left when we are trying to figure out why the A/C still has yet to kick on, he thought he finished the job successfully.... BUT DID NOT EVEN CHECK HIS WORK!
Do yourselves a favor!!! Go use True Blue Heat & Air. Dont bother with these guys and their inexperienced techs that they send out. -

A wonderful experience from a friendly technician. I was contacted at 8:30am and by 11am he was at my home and working. I had air again within a half hour. While not all jobs are this quick, I will absolutely request my maintenance department have this company back at my home if there are any HVAC problems in the future. Thank you for your friendliness and professionalism, it is hard to come by sometimes.

Swift has been to my home a handful if time to service my HVAC unit. first sending out a technician that obviously did not know much about his field of work. Then the “owner or boss” came out and spoke very condescendingly to me more than likely because i am a woman challenging him and his employees performance. i have never had a vendor or specialty service attempt to fix something as many times as they have. i would never recommend them to any one, my one recommendation is scroll pass their number and find another company to do business with.
