We built our pool in 2018. The scheduled time to build was on track, however the manager was barely on site and seemed “bothered” when I had questions about anything. After about a year the pool was not filling up automatically and we had to call in someone to fix. $200 later he found cement inside the pipe clogging it!
Jeff and Cindy were great to work with but follow up was nearly nonexistent. When we decided on swim, neither my husband or I thought to ask about any warranties so shame on us because nothing much was covered.
All said and done, I absolutely love my pool and my hubby loves his covered porch area so we are happy! I suppose it’s one of “those things” thAt you may think about after it’s all done and then things start to happen!
If you go with swim ask for Jeff Z, he’s great!
