The gentleman was friendly and fixed the problem. Was done in less then 30 minutes to fix the leaking cap. Found the price to be abit much for the repair plus 4% for paying with card $240. But paid it. No complaints about the work or gentlemen.

Very Prompt and Professional !!! I have used this company multiple times now and will continue to use them . They always show up on time diagnose and fix the problem quickly . Those of you with American Homeshield should not be upset with Swisher PLumbing it is American Homeshield who does not cover the work to be done we have had American Homeshield in the past amd they do not cover anything it is best to call the plumber direct. I would recommend to anyone wanting an honest and reliable plumber.

By AnonymousDecember 16, 2017AHS sent them out.
Same as above, American Home shield sent Swisher plumbing to my house when my kitchen faucet blew, and I also have trouble with my toilets backing up and a sewer gas odor in my master bed/bath. He tightened a nut on the faucet, making the faucet next to impossible to swivel from bowl to bowl, told me that is all home warranty allows for-then proceeded to try to SELL me a new faucet and install it for $150.00!! He knew it was not repairable and told me there were missing pieces (that weren't missing prior to his arrival) so AHS wouldn't cover it. Also informed me that the sewer gas odor was "burnt hair". I KNOW what sewer gas smells like. So the same as the poor soul in Dallas, I am also out $100 for the service call, and I will replace my faucet myself! Find ANYONE else!!!

By a user in DallasSeptember 8, 2017DIagnose/repair a backed up sewage ejection pump$75
I would give them 0 stars if I could!!!!. American Home Shield sent a Swisher Plumbing technician to my home because my sewage ejection pump was backed up. I got a call from AHS stating that I needed a new pump ($3200 !!!!!) and that Swisher would be calling me. They never bothered to call me. I hired my own plumber and lo and behold, the float switch in the tank was stuck. All that needed doing was a switch reset and reposition in the tank. Now I'm out the $75 service fee and what I had to pay my own plumber, Thanks for NOTHING Swisher Plumbing.

Find a higher quality plumbing company. They installed galvanized metal on my new hot water heater 3 years ago. The pipe corroded in 3 years and started to leak on the top on the unit. I called for them to replace it and they did in 15 min. The installer said that the metal should have been brass instead of galvanized because it easily rusts. After changing the pipe, he said it costs $190. It took him literally 15 min to change a mistake they made 3 years ago...for $190. Insane. I gave it 2 stars because the lady I called there was very nice. They declined the refund because it was out of their “labor warranty”. Their excuse was galvanized passes code. So in the end, they will use the cheaper material to pass code, charge you an arm and a leg when it most certainly will break and not take any responsibility.
They do it the cheap way, not the right way.
