If you don’t want to have a heart attack, stay away from SY Builders. A soft speaker who knows how to attract you but unfortunately then you realize that he cannot commit even to the simplest project. He is full of empty promises and broken deadlines because he admits that he has no control or influence over the cheap labor he subs.

Finding a good and trustworthy contractor is very hard to find. From the jump Shah and team made us feel like family. Team was wonderful! They were able to work with our budget. Very easy to work with and very organized from beginning to end. I plan to use them for future projects. Thank you Sy Builder!

We loved working with Sy builders. Very professional and gave nice insights to make our basement looks beautiful. For some like us who were new to construction/ remodeling , they were very flexible and accommodative as well as gave timely feedback. Lastly and more importantly we had kids and were very happy with the punctuality and time bound completion. The communication was clear which helped Finally and more importantly the pricing was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them and would use the services for our next home project.

Very Bad Work. Don't use him. He ran away with our Money and never finished work. He didn't inspect work done by his people. He use cheap Mexican labor with NO Skills. Don't work with him. If you want to waste your money call him. He wants money before he start work and than never finish it. Change estimates once start work. You will be hooked. POOR QUALITY... KEEP AWAY FROM HIM..!!!! We recently hired sy builders llc to build an addition.we are very happy with the whole experience this is second time we hired sy builders first time we used them for basement renovation few years back workers are always on time efficient and professional.yes we highly recommended

DO NOT HIRE THIS HACK!!! I have a long list of complaints against Syed from Sy Builders. He does NO actual construction work himself and subcontracts everything out to unprofessional subs. He promised the entire renovation project would take 6 months at the most, but it is still unfinished after more than a year. My family and I have been living out of boxes and bags at a family member's home for months. Every deadline was never met and he always blames it on his subs (whom he hired). He is rarely at the job site to oversee his subs and ensure the work they are doing is correct. After I got an independent home inspection and a township inspection, they found various code violations, fire and safety hazards with the electrical, HVAC, plumbing, etc. I will have to pay someone else to fix these issues and finish the job since Syed and his subs are being uncooperative... Do yourself a favor and find a more qualified contractor that actually knows what they are doing.

Worst experience ever. My new home currently has a two peak from my addition sticking out of the front of the house that I will have to have removed and rebuilt. Electrical wiring is questionable at best. Allowed it to rain into existing house for weeks with no roof until the ceiling collapsed. Would not recommend this company to anyone and I've been warning anyone who will listen. Will be taking him to court as soon as my estimates for repairs come in. My $45k turned into almost $80 in repairs from his poor work and zero supervision of people he hired. RUN!!
