Purchased a new build and was promised a Year warranty.
Richard always gives me the run around and has yet to complete things that were part of the contract. Never follows up phone calls, always have to make the call myself. The house was obviously rushed missing cabinet knobs, door stoppers, uneven drywall corners, missing door pieces, cracked glass, only steaming hot water in the bathtub, horrible paint jobs, hole / uneven ceilings, and unfinished / ruined cabinets.
