Dishonest fraudulent contractor currently in litigation due to breach of contract, negligence, misrepresentation, fraud and violation of Rhode Island laws! 2nd court lawsuit involving this contractor! If you ever bought a home that was built by this contractor, I suggest you get an inspection. You will be surprised with what will be uncovered and/or discovered!!! The contractor cuts major corners. His scope of work is below industry trade(s) standards with building and safety code violations. He does not honor the Rhode Island 1 year warranty. Furthermore, he deliberately concealed material facts during escrow by not disclosing construction defects. Onsite inspection(s) by experts revealed hundreds of popped screws in every room of the home, in all the walls as well as the ceilings! Also, cracks in the ceilings; leaks from plumbing.; electrical overload and safety issues; and floors buckling, cupping and cracking in every room. He committed fraud, misrepresentation and negligence by placing construction paper over the defective floors in order to sell the home! He does not carry CGL insurance or insurance for his work product. He is a very dishonest contractor! Buyer beware!!! Never buy a home from a builder with landscaping in their business name!
