I'm sorry to report that Christopher Blaz is a threat to your sanity--be ware. He mishandled our remodel to a shocking degree. He operated without a license. He failed to pay a subcontractor. He allowed significant mistakes to take place while he was absent from the job site. When he was on site, he often appeared to be under the influence. He made technical mistakes that made it clear that he had exagerated his abilities when courting us. He made up stories about his personal misery in order to gain sympathy as the project clearly began to fall apart due to a lack of participation on his part. It became clear toward the end that he was thoroughly dishonest and incapable of contributing any further to the project and we had to take over the managent of it. Finally, after an audit we were able to determine that $20k had been misappropriated by him. I wish I didn't have to give this terrible review but I feel compelled to warn others. Stay away if you know what's good for you. Zero stars.
