Normally I don’t write review on any websites but this is the first time I’m writing something for the contractor (Syno Tell- lives in Billerica) from my experience, I would like to inform everyone that please please never hire or give your business to this person for any of your home or business issues.
i bought a brand new house 5 years ago but Just in a first year we encountered lots of issues such as hot water not running in whole house, cold water kept running even your faucet on hot side, shower faucets were loose. first year snow melt and the water came into second floor bedroom, roof wasn’t build properly, painting not done properly in some rooms, electric fire place didn’t work properly, water stain in first floor bathroom which came from shower.
And just recently I found a small leak in my finished attic; after calling a new contractor for roof, they found the hole on the roof, and because of that, all the bugs kept coming inside the house. Now fixing the roof cost me fortune. (In the first year contract with Syno, I told him so many times why bugs are coming inside the house but he never do anything to stop that)
Syno Tell was very unprofessional and only believes in completing the project as quickly as possible and cutting every corner to make a quick buck. Good luck trying to reach them after the payment has been made. Save yourselves the pain and money and don’t deal with these guys. I will also report them to Better Business Bureau. Be aware!!!
