    Sustainable Roofing Solutions does outstanding work! The owner is also a General contractor with a background in building design and understands buildings inside and out and has been a ‘Green Builder’ for many decades. Their particular expertise is with building exteriors. When they did work for me, I was able to save a large sum of money as parts of the exterior were completely redone and other sections fully restored. Thank you SRS!

    Kasra cares about repairing and saving our environment! We have hired him and SRS three times: for a roof tune up, to fix a fence so that it wasn't absorbing rainwater and rotting, and he installed recycled cabinets in our garage. The roof tune up will increase its lifespan and the fence repair will increase the life of our fence. The recycled wood cabinets saves trees from being cut down. ALL of these repairs will save resources, thereby helping the environment. Kasra and his company are dedicated to building and sustaining GREEN choices for our future. We look forward to our next project with him: he will repair and replace as needed our fascia boards that have started to rot after only ten years of installation by the previous builder. My husband and I recommend Kasra and SRS because they do good work, they don't do work that doesn't need to be done, and their prices are fair.

    This review is long overdue. Sustainable roofing did our roof roughly 2 yrs ago. We couldn't be happier with the job Kas (owner and roofer) did. Kas is very attentive to his clients needs and budget. He not only made our tiled roof sturdier, he made sure we wouldn't have any more problem with chipped tiles falling off. Its been 2 yrs and we have not seen any chipped tile on the street or in the backyard. He also fixed the skylight on the 2nd unit of the building. He did an awesome job. We have had some strong storms with plenty of rain the last couple months and not once did we notice any leak. We recommend Sustainable Roofing Solutions, It will be worth your time and money!

    Provider power washed my entire home and roof. I have a clay tile roof and was having some issues with a small leak I couldn't detect. Kas came and looked at my roof and located the probable source of the leak and fixed it. After it rained again he came by on his own time to check that his fix had worked. He power washed all of the walls on my home and pointed out areas where the stucco exterior needed repair. He also removed paint from all of my window trim and helped to remove dry rot that had begun in some of my window frames. I most likely wouldn't have caught this on my own. Kas has a great eye for detail and understands what is most needed in order to have a long lasting home with no problems. He's skilled at roofing and is well versed in stucco repair and the maintenance and some repair of windows. He offers solutions that are durable and not short term and more costly in the long term.
