The plumber called was Roto Rooter supposedly. The plumber demonstrated very poor professional and plumbing technical skill in changing a shower valve cartridge. He came to my house with dirty shoes and proceeded to track dirt into my house and shower. I had purchased the valve cartridge, so all he had to do was to remove the old catridge and install the new one. He showed very little skill in demolishing the old cartridge and the botched the installation of the new one. I had to practically tell him every step. These fellows are not professionals.
