After major gas leak caused by poor installation, licensed owner/operator admitted to a group of us waiting in the far corner of the acre that he did not send a licensed and bonded installer at all, but just 2 unlicensed men who were working for hours to apply for their license. The local fire dept. crew who assisted in safety protocol and gas utility company techs who inspected and corrected the error made by unlicensed installers both stated their carbon monoxide testing noted substantial amounts of it in the home and in the yard. Filed compliance complaint to the proper state of Idaho utilities authorities.
