I used Syzggy to purchase my Arcadia pergola and it was a big mistake. The contract called for around a 4 1/2 mo. time line that took 11 months. Jason told a great story about how the Syzygy team would handle this "turn key" operation. Unfortunately the Syzygy team could not deliver. Many lies were told to me as I waited for my product to be delivered and constructed. Do not use this company unless you get time line penalties put in writing. The Arcadia/Struxture pergola is a good product, just get someone else to install!
