I give Tim Palmer four out of five stars. He is not the best at returning or answering phone calls but if you leave a message he gets on and gets the job done expediently and correctly. I will always use him in Flagstaff area!!!

T and M does the landscaping for Capstone Custom Home Builders & we have had terrible customer service. No return calls or texts??? Dead Tree & horrible block wall cutouts for our black wrought iron fence. I would NOT recommend using them for any project. Very disappointed in Capstone for not controlling their trades & getting a handle on the no customer service issues with Tim Palmer. (T and M Landscapers)

My experience with T and M Landscape was terrible. I would not recommend doing business with them in any way. They did not show when they said they would, they did not return phone calls, they did not reply to e-mails. They left a job half finished and it has been crickets since then attempting to reach them. Absolutely terrible customer service.
