  I had a patio poured by T&R Concrete two years ago. While I am happy with the way the project turned out, my husband had to take multiple days off of work to babysit the workers who did not know English. The project would have been screwed up had my husband not been there.
  Ted promised me that he would seal patios every two years for customers who did big projects with him and that it would be about $200. It's been two years since my project was done, so eleven weeks ago, I scheduled an appointment for them to come out and seal it. Robin made the appointment and said she would send over the bid. She never did. A week before my appointment, she called and said the workers were behind and made a new appointment for three weeks later. Again, she said she would send over the bid but never did. A week and a half before the appointment, she called asking if the job could be done the next day and asked me to send over the bid because she couldn't find it. I called her back saying I had never received it. She said she would send the bid later that night, but she didn't. I emailed Ted the next day asking him for the bid. I even calculated the area of the patio that would need to be sealed. He said he would email the bid later that afternoon but didn't. The next day, I sent an email saying I still hadn't received the bid. No response. Yesterday was supposed to be my second rescheduled appointment. No one showed up. The night before, I called and left a message asking if they were still going to come and to send over the bid. No response.
  This is terrible customer service. I am so disappointed. The sad thing is I recommended this company to a friend of mine. Plus, I was going to hire them to have a French drain redone and parts of my sidewalk fixed. That's definitely not going to happened after I have been treated so poorly these past 11 weeks. I guess I am not worth their time, so I will hire someone else to do all of that work.

  would not recommend them. job looks terrible, there workers were burned out and over worked and their work showed, there finishing work was terrible, they just did not care, they would not have come back to touch up if I had not complained, and where they touched up stood out like a sore thumb after they sealed it. they dumped big chunks of concrete on my lawn, just left the place a mess, the owner ted would not even come to look just to busy drumming up new XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXers, ted come and take a picture of this job and put it in your selling brochure
