Owner
Montey Hayes is the owner of Aquatic Builders. He does not show up when he says he will nor does he return calls for weeks at a time. We were told our job would take 4 weeks and we are now at 5 months and it is still not complete. He has shown up on site drunk or drinking twice. When he is confronted about his poor performance he becomes belligerent, rude and will call customers degrading names. Worst service we have ever received.
