Scott came highly recommended from a neighbor. His estimate was not the least expensive, however Scott was more responsive & willing to work within our time constraints and just seemed like we would have a better overall working relationship. Don’t get me wrong he is fairly priced considering the experience, workmanship, attention to detail, and overall professionalism he brings to the job. He was also licensed and properly insured to handle our type of construction so we didn’t have to think twice about that. We were worried the addition would look like an addition and not tie naturally into the existing house. Scott easily explained a few small changes we could make to our plan to ensure that would not be the case. His vision made our decision an easy one. He was also able to change the planned baseboard heat to the radiant heat system that we so love! His ideas for insulation upgrades save us money each and every day. He scheduled all work and directed his sub contractors, moving our project along. The unavoidable extra’s we encountered were handled with ease and I felt were fairly priced. Even with the additional work he was able to finish on the original scheduled date. We absolutely trust him, so much so that he has a key to our home and do not hesitate to leave him and his crew alone to get their work done. We highly recommend Scott for any home improvement job – large or small. He is our go to guy for all home projects including upcoming ones which include a kitchen remodel, new master bath, and a new front porch entryway. I’d also like to add all specialized contractors that Scott has brought onsite (plumbers, masons, roofers, HVAC, and electricians) have been equally great to work with too,
