T & CJ Mechanical did very poor quality workmanship. Extremely poor communication. I have no idea how their substandard work passed inspection, but I wouldn't be at all surprised if kickbacks were involved. There is no way I'd hire them ever again; not even in an emergency.
The plumber who claimed to have decades of experience didn't even know what causes cloudy water in the wintertime. That is one lousy plumber!
The owner of the company is one Troy McCraw. I strongly suggest you google Troy McCraw Construction for reviews.
There is one very important thing to know about online reviews... If you see only very high and very low, it means the company writes their own high reviews to offset the terrible ones from their real customers.
