T&D did construction in the right of way in front of my home, which lasted over two weeks. When they finished, they made no effort to restore the property, leaving just mud and dirt where there had previously been a carefully cared for strip of grass. Subsequently, large holes appeared where they had not carefully filled their work. They do not return my repeated calls.
