I was very pleased and satisfied with my contact with all employees from the office staff to the Salesman, Jonathan, who took his time with measurements, etc., to provide the appropriate units for this installation, to the installation team, Jerry & Mark and briefly, Dave. Other companies can learn from T.E. Spall & Son in areas of customer service and dealing with potential clients.
