    Complete redo of bathroom
    $16,000

    For the first time I have had a really positively refreshing and wonderful experience with a contractor. Franco Construction did a full demolition of my bathroom, and built one that now looks elegant and stunning. Franco Construction exceeded expectations in all areas of performance such as scheduling, assisting with procurement of materials, advice on aesthetics/layout, use of best materials, and immaculate workmanship. The work was supervised by Tomas in a very effective manner. He would check the progress on each phase of the work and suggested changes to enhance appearance. It's was a pleasure communication with Tomas. The crew was always punctual and they cleaned up after each day's work in such a nice way that the work did not interfered in any way with our usual chores. Tomas's choice of sub-contractors is most excellent, and he thoroughly followed -up on their work. I am absolutely delighted with the work done. Very highly recommended.

    If I could give Franco Built Construction a 0, I would. In 2019 my husband and I refinanced our home to renovate it from a 2-family into a 1-family. We hired Tomas Franco and Franco Built Construction to complete this job. We wrote Mr. Franco a deposit check for $25,000 on June 4, 2019. He did absolutely no work on our house. In September 2019, when we requested our money back, he became belligerent and refused. We have been going through various channels for over 2 years now, attempting to get our money back from Mr. Franco, while he rides around town in his fully wrapped trucks that were paid for in part with our money! This is not a matter of disputing the work Mr. Franco did on our house. He did absolutely no work, so this is a matter of theft.

    Franco is terrific contractor! His team did my bathroom and and what a wonderful job they did. He suggested which ceramic to use and it looks beautifully and professional.
    An honest man which you don't find often!!! I will be using him for future work.
