Wanting a new forever home sent us visiting designers & top
builders in Aggieland, TX. Everything we needed in services
seemed to point to this architect, certainly after visiting
tempting offers we found lacking or ulterior motives like
kickbacks or co-dependent profit sharing.
Tad mined our
wishes, fleshed them out, played devil's advocate to make us
think wisely about choices and even turned marital conflicts of opinions into win-win solutions.
This one doesn't "brand"
creations as self promoting billboards, instead quite the
chameleon in insuring a lifestyle custom fit in floor plans one
can't find on the internet or spec.houses (copy cats). The
design process went as fast as our scheduled allowed us to
keep up with him with color 3D comms saving meeting time
while making things crystal clear.
We were always given the
general economics of design paths. He does NOT force curb
appeal exteriors expenses unless we actually desire them (again, not branding his work).
In the end, we saved time (by-the-hour),
fees equal/lower than other fees quoted and those mercurial,
even from those unlicensed. We gained a long, long list of
services never mentioned by other designers nor custom
builders. He even protects our design with his copyright.
