Company was hired to repair a leak on flashing/roof which completed job April 2014. Few weeks later, severe leaks occurred during storms. Company returned call promptly to offer to come out and see why leaking and repair per contract/warranty, but did not show up. Several attempts to contact within 3 week period and not returning calls, (phone voicemail now full). Contacting local magistrate as next attempt to file civil suit.
