Took off work to meet with T&J at my home. Time came and went with no arrival and no call. I called, was told they were running late and that they would get back to me. About 30 minutes after the appointed time, they called back to say they were on the way, but didn't know where there person was coming from or when they would arrive. More than an hour after the appointed time they still had not arrived. I called and cancelled the appointment.
If they can't make a simple appointed time or at least contact me when they are running behind, when they are trying to earn my business, I can't count on them to meet job commitments.

Terron and John did a full remodel of our small kitchen in our 1950's home. They went above and beyond to make sure the finished project was exactly what we wanted, and provided quality work in every aspect of the tear-down and remodeling process, which was complicated at times due to the age of the house. We couldn't have asked for a better team to work with and would recommend them to anyone looking for a remodel.
