Tom and his team did a wonderful job painting an arbor structure which had recently been rebuilt. I didn't want to paint the entire house at this time and Tom was happy to take on this smaller project. He was able to get the paint matched to the existing house colors very well! The job was completed earlier than expected and his crew was always on time. They worked very neatly, covering areas needed and tucking equipment away after leaving for the day. Would definitely hire them again for future paint jobs!

If I could give TLC Painting Company extra stars I would. Tom is great. He communicates quickly and clearly and his estimate to paint the exterior of our house was reasonable. We had some scheduling issues because we had to reframe a large window before we painted and Tom worked with us on that. His team shows up on time. They are friendly, respectful and quiet, and patient with questions. Most importantly they were incredibly competent and fast. They really knew what they were doing. We have an old house with lots of windows and trim, and they did a fantastic job. When they finished, they cleaned up so thoroughly that it was like they had never been here. They cleaned things that they didn't even have to and the house looked like a jewel when they were done. If it matters to you (it did to us), TLC Painting Company is licensed, bonded and insured, has worker's comp coverage, and the business record with the state licensing board is squeaky clean.

We were very pleased with the work done by Tom and his crew on our exterior painting job.. Everything went very smoothly from quote to completion. They were able to start earlier than scheduled, finished in less time than scheduled. The crew was on time, careful, polite and they did an excellent job...the house looks wonderful. I have nothing but good things to say. I would highly recommend.

Tom was very professional in handling the repainting of my parents' home. It been 20 years since they painted it last, and they were due for an upgrade. They were very prompt, able to come and give them an estimate (in person! not online) the day they requested one. He was very experienced, offered great color choice of door paint to go with the wall paint they went with, left the house orderly and clean, and gave very reasonable, competitive pricing compared to other painting services in the area. For my parents to say they loved his service (and they're picky!), it means a lot. Highly recommend!

Our Condo complex needed to be repainted and the siding needed to be checked/repaired/replaced. The HOA went through multiple Vendor selection processes and ultimately selected TLC Painting Company to do both. They were very responsive and seem to have quite a bit of experience working with HOAs. What put us most at ease were the references that were willing to talk to us, answer questions, send pictures of the work that they had TLC Painting Company do for them. Work was done on schedule and budget, and they addressed any issues we found promptly. Hopefully, I never have to do this again for the HOA, but if I do, TLC Painting Company will be my first call!

We have used TLC Painting Company twice. Once after a remodel to paint new construction (inside and out) and stain doors and 5 years later for total repaint of our interior. Due to recent construction, the walls had significant cracks and areas where the texture needed to be repaired. We also had them paint several large built-ins and do some small trim repair. Overall they did a good job on the retexturing and were responsive when we found small things that needed to be re-tended to. The trim repair was done seamlessly and the built-ins look amazing! The crew was friendly, on time and incredibly efficient and quick but did very high quality work. They finished when promised and left the worksite very clean. Tom, the owner, is easy to communicate with and responsive when concerns arise. The house feels almost brand new now!

We worked together on deciding the color and acquiring samples based on our dream project. The team arrived on time as promised and worked diligently. We contacted with TLC Painting Company for our home exterior. Prior to painting they power washed and patched.

What we found outstanding about the crew was the care they put into the job. No paint smudges on our new hardscape or windows. No trampled landscape. Left the worksite clean everyday. Very professional.

Tom has great sensibility when it comes to color recommendations - we love the result.

We hired Tom and his crew to help with a whole-house interior painting project. Tom (the owner) was great to work with, very responsive and quick to schedule us in. Immediately when Tom arrived at the home, he was able to spot several flaws in the previous paint job (eg. ceilings poorly painted, weird paint finishes used on the walls vs ceiling), and this showed his attention to detail. Tom provided several solid suggestions on paint colors combinations and brands - ultimately, we chose BM paints for all interior walls and trim.

The project took three days to complete - Tom's foreman (Manuel) and his crew were extremely professional and thorough. They did a solid job protecting the floors, cabinets, curtains, and fixtures. Upon completion of the project, we were happy with the result - very high quality, and our guests have also been impressed by the transformation. There were only a handful of areas where there was a small amount of additional paint on some fixtures, but those can be easily removed with paint.
