They began installation of my AC almost 9 months ago and still have not completed the work. Todd ignores my calls and and does not return calls.

The only thing they were quick and responsive with was the quote! Since then it has been 6 months and they are still not done with the installation of AC in my home. I have made so many calls to them to try to find out what is going on and they keep avoiding my call, or when I do get a response they pass the buck to the town. I would never hire them again.

Took 2 1/2 weeks to repair air conditioner during hottest time in summer 2011. Tod was rude - curt and nonresponsive to numerous calls made. Was charged twice the amount of money quoted. Paid quoted amount before service was rendered which did NOT repair problem. Took months to finally recieve receipt for first payment and explanation of service provided. Kept receiving bills for 2nd charge and business never responded to 2 letters I sent inquiring why charged for 1.50 hrs when worker was present for less than 1 hour. Business sent second charge to attorney for collection that I finally paid under duress - never receiving explanation of why charged for extra labor time.
