By Gerald H.November 17, 2018flat roof$650Response from T M H Roofing Inc January 10, 2019It is unfortunate that the customer felt he could save money by hiring a crew member off the books and paying him directly. While we do provide a full warranty on his composition roof, TMH Roofing, Inc. was not contracted and paid to replace the flat roof in question. Consequently, we are unable to warranty that work. It has been more than 3 years and that crew has not done work for us since 2015. Our attempts to locate them were unsuccessful. We offered to provide free labor to the customer and charge him only for materials, but he declined.

Terrible. They repaired a flat roof which fell apart. They fixed it. It fell apart again. This time, they claimed that they weren't responsible for repairs because their employee did it off the books. I had no idea and now need to re-repair their roof for the third time. Tim was unapologetic, aggressive, and didn't seem to care that his company's reputation was at stake. Do not hire.
